You may want to look into your intake ports for the carbon build-up. Seems like 80k miles is the typical time that people walnut blast the carbon off, on those engines. Not sure how major of an issue it can become if neglected, but it may be possible for a piece of carbon to work its way down into a cylinder, which would be no-bueno. That's crazy about the JB4 tune randomly erasing. Not what I'd expect from a fairly pricey product.
